Some of the benefits include reduced joint pain, inflammation and muscle soreness and increased flexibility, decreased cortisol levels and improved mood. Our sauna is a Radiant Health sauna, they have been tested and are the lowest in EMF’s (electromagnetic fields) in the industry and completely non-toxic with zero VOC’s (volatile organic compounds).

Cancellation Policy

Contact us 24 hours in advance to cancel or change an appointment. Appointment deposits and/or the total amount of the appointment are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
